We can come to you! If you are unable to bring your computer to our Bristol shop or you’re having trouble with your internet or home network then don’t worry.

Give us a call and we’ll make an appointment to fix your computer at your house*. If you have a working internet connection then we might even be able to help you remotely by logging into your computer.

Our Charges for Home Computer Support**

For areas within the Bristol boundary, we charge £76 for the first hour of work***. After which we charge £19 per quarter. If the job is completed in less than one hour, we will remain for the full hour and complete further checks on your system to ensure you get your money’s worth.

No fix, no fee

If the job looks likely to take a long time, we sometimes request we take the computer back to our workshop.

Bring your PC to us and it will usually be cheaper (see price list). We only charge for time taken on a per quarter hour basis (£19) and offer a virus removal and health check service for £76 in-store.

To offset the cost of longer distances, we can offer remote access to your system, meaning many issues can be fixed quickly (many in less than 15 minutes!). This would enable us to repair many of your issues without the need for a visit.
